Chaud Starpower's Origin's Story - Chapter 1

Chaud Starpower was originally a human. A human that was also a warrior that fights to protect those he loves and cares for. He has been in many battles but what he is well known for is his kindness and generosity and he shows mercy towards others even his enemies. Chaud was never called Chaud Starpower...He was just called Chaud in the human world. He was tall,muscular and has brown hair and green eyes and also wore a blue sleeveless shirt and black jeans. He also wore a smile quite often to cheer everyone else up. One day Chaud was taking one of his long walks to enjoy the fresh air and wonderful sounds of nature. He heard rustling in the bushes as he's seen a shadowy figure running into the woods. Curious as he was,Chaud chased after the figure "HEY WAIT!!! HOLD ON!!!" the figure kept running as Chaud nearly caught the figure....the figure suddenly disappeared. "Where did it go??" Chaud scratched his head wondering about where it went. Then he heard a rumbling sound as he sees a portal opening from behind him. He tried to hold onto a tree as the portal started sucking him in "WHOA!!! WHAT THE HECK???" The figure stood there jumping in the portal. "Darn!! I have to know what that thing is up to!" Chaud let go of the tree being sucked in as he traveled through the portal his body felt strange as he felt himself begin to transform. "AHHHHHHHHH Wha....What's happening to....me?" He blacked out from the strange feeling and fell through the other side of the portal.

He woke up sometime later to discover he was in a new land. He did not recognize it because everything was more colorful then usual. "Ohhhhh where am I?" Chaud said as he tried to stand then collapsed discovering he was not able to stand on his own two legs for some reason. He looked as his arms and discovered he had blue hooves "What?? Wha....Wha....What is this?? What happened to me???" -he looked into the nearest body of water then saw a blue pony version of himself. "Ah...Ah.......AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" His yell echoed throughout the land as he stumbled back he then noticed he had wings also "I'm....A......Pegasus?? How in the world did this happen?? OK Chaud Calm down...calm down and just...just think this through. This is all a dream. Yeah that's it. I got it!" He dunked his head into the water then pulled it out smacking himself with his hooves" When I open my eyes I will be human again." He still saw the blue hooves as he sat down as his pony style would let him" Where....am I? Maybe I should....see some of the locals then I might get some answers I hope. Just gotta get used to this." Chaud said as he stumbled a bit getting used to walking on four legs and his hooves then he started to flap his wings as he then fell down. "This won't be easy. But I know I can do this."

Chaud walked into a town as he saw a lot more ponies. He could not believe what he was seeing "WHOA! Lots of Ponies? Colorful...talking...PONIES?" His eyes got big in awe as he has never seen anything like this. Then he was surprised by one of the ponies who suddenly appeared right in front of him "HI!!!" the pink pony said excitedly "WHAAAAA!!!" Chaud jumped back startled "Hi I'm Pinkie Pie! I see you're a new pony in town!!!" She said to him. Chaud then got back to his normal composure and laughed "Wow you really startled me. I am Chaud." Pinkie Pie gasped "OH MY GOSH I AM GOING TO THROW A PARTY JUST FOR YOU!!! SEE YOU AT THE LIBRARY CHAUD!!!!" She runs off cartoon style her being a cartoon pony and all. Chaud was left with a confused expression and big eyes as he was all confused "Wow...Ponies around here are very friendly aren't they?" Chaud smiled as he walked on as he met a unicorn who was a light aqua green and had a harp on her flank. The unicorn smiled and said "Hello there. Pinkie seemed to be right. You're the new stallion in town. Welcome to Ponyville. I'm Lyra Heartstrings. What's Your name?" Chaud smiled shyly then he said "I am Chaud" Lyra giggled" Just Chaud. I am called Lyra without my last name. Do you got a last name?" Chaud had to think "My last name? Ummm...." then he thinks of playing Nintendo back home in the human world and the first thing that popped into his head he said "Starpower. I am Chaud Starpower!!" He smiled big as he thought to himself "That has a nice ring to it..." Lyra's eyes got bigger in awe "That name is so.....so....AMAZING!!! But....where is your cutie mark?" Chaud looked confused noticing his flank had nothing on it and he sees the harp on her flank "Well ummm...I don't know. Cutie mark?" Lyra was shocked to hear him not know what a cutie mark was "Come with me!! Me and Twilight will help you out and tell you EVERYTHING about how to get your cutie mark." Chaud blushed from embarassment and then smiled "Well ummm thank you Miss Lyra I really appreciate it. Let's go see this Twilight pony you're talking about." They both made their way to the Library to see Twilight.

They arrive at the Library as Lyra knocked on the door. Then a Purple/Lavender Pony opened the door. Twilight then smiled and said "Oh hello Lyra. Who is pegasus who is with you?" Lyra said "Oh this is the new guy. His name is Chaud Starpower. He...needs help to find out how to get his cutie mark..." Twilight's jaw dropped at shock of the news "A....Stallion....with no cutie mark???" Chaud blushed a bit "Well I...don't really know what a cutie mark is..." Twilight let them both in then closed the door to the Library then he sits down as Chaud and Lyra sit down also. Twilight then cleared her throat "Well Chaud. Would you like to learn about cutie marks and their meaning?" Chaud nodded and smiled "Yes Miss Twilight." Twilight giggled "Oh Chaud you're a stallion. No need to call me Miss Twilight" Chaud turned a little red from her saying that "Well it's how I show respect for everypony." Twilight smiled "Hey call me Twilight Sparkle or just Twilight if you like." Chaud laughed "OK Twilight. Thanks. I will listen well to your wisdom" Twilight smiled and giggled then she started telling Chaud everything about Cutie Marks and what they mean and what their purpose is. Lyra smiled "Well I better go. See you at the party later Chaud" Chaud and Twilight waved as He said "OK Lyra. Bye then." Lyra closed the door then sometime later Chaud put his hoof to his chin "So you're saying that a Cutie Mark represents my special talent and when that special talent is discovered then the cutie mark appears on my flank?" Twilight smiled nodding "That is correct. Well done!" She claps her hooves excitedly "Hey how about you see my other friends before the party tonight? Pinkie already informed me about it." She did a facehoof from the thought "I'm sorry Twilight. The party is for me so I feel responsi...." Twilight shushed him "It's Pinkie Pie. She loves throwing parties. But I think since you're a new pony she wanted the party to be here. It's perfectly fine. Now I will see you later OK?" Chaud nodded "OK. See you later Twilight" He walked out of the Library as Twilight called to him "DON'T FORGET THE PLACES I TOLD YOU WHERE MY FRIENDS WERE!!" She called out to him as he started to fly then fell "Sorry....I will Twilight. Don't worry" He starts galloping on hoof to get to where Twilight 4 other friends were.
